Ingredients list for Kada Parshad

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour coarsely ground
  • Ghee
  • 1 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Sugar

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a kadai and add the flour.
  2. Roast, stirring continuously for eight to ten minutes or till it turns red. Add three and a half cups of water, stir and cook for five minutes or till it is a little thick.
  3. Add more water if required. Add sugar and mix. Cook for five more minutes or till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. Serve hot.
