Keep aside. Grate jaggery. Combine grated cucumber, flour, rice flour, jaggery and salt. Add water to make a batter of pouring consistency. Heat a tawa, apply a little ghee and pour out ¼ ladle of batter. Spread into thin round shape. Cook on both sides till golden brown. Repeat the same with remaining batter.
