Ingredients list for Kakdi Che Ghavan

  • 2 medium Cucumbers
  • 200 grams Wheat flour
  • 100 grams Rice flour
  • 200 grams Jaggery (gur)
  • to taste Salt
  • 100 millilitres Ghee
  • as required Water

Method

  1. Peel, wash and grate cucumber. Keep aside. Grate jaggery. Combine grated cucumber, flour, rice flour, jaggery and salt.
  2. Add water to make a batter of pouring consistency. Heat a tawa, apply a little ghee and pour out ¼ ladle of batter. Spread into thin round shape.
  3. Cook on both sides till golden brown. Repeat the same with remaining batter. Serve hot
