By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Small raw jackfruit (kathal), Red chilli powder Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kathal ke Kebab 1 Small raw jackfruit (kathal) peeled, cut into pieces and boiled 3 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Garam masala powder to taste Salt 1 Small onion finely chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves chopped 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons Roasted gram flour to shallow fry Oil to garnish Onion rings to garnish Micro greens to serve Green chutney Method Take jackfruit pieces in a bowl and mash it well. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, onion, mint leaves, coriander leaves and roasted gram flour and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs and keep them on a plate. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, place the kebabs in it and shallow-fry, tuning sides, till golden and crisp on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
