Ingredients
- Few strands of saffron + for garnish
 - Blanched and peeled pistachios for garnish
 - 100 ml milk
 - 5 green cardamoms
 - 2 tbsps tea leaves
 - 1 tbsp sugar
 
Method
- Heat milk in a non-stick pan, let it come to a boil. Remove and set aside.
 - Boil 1 ½ cups water in another non-stick deep pan. Crush and add green cardamoms, tea leaves and sugar. Let it boil for a minute.
 - Add few saffron strands and boil for a minute.
 - Add the boiled milk and boil the tea till it becomes frothy.
 - Strain and transfer the tea in serving cups. Add the froth on top.
 - Garnish with pistachios and saffron. Serve hot.
