Ingredients list for Khajoori Farhali Laddoo

  • 1/2 kilogram Seedless Dates
  • 1 tablespoon Almonds
  • 4 tablespoons Almonds coarsely ground
  • 4 tablespoons Cashewnuts coarsely ground
  • 4 tablespoons Pistachios coarsely ground
  • 4 tablespoons Semolina (rawa/suji)
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Scraped coconut

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non stick kadai. Add almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios and semolina and saute for 6-8 minutes on low heat. Add dates and mix well.
  2. Add green cardamom powder, sugar, coconut and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and keep aside to cool.
  3. Divide into small equal portions and shape into laddoos and serve.
