Ingredients for Khajoori Farhali Laddoo Recipe

  • Seedless Dates 1/2 kilogram

  • Almonds 1 tablespoon

  • Almonds coarsely ground 4 tablespoons

  • Cashewnuts coarsely ground 4 tablespoons

  • Pistachios coarsely ground 4 tablespoons

  • Semolina (rawa/suji) 4 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder a pinch

  • Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons

  • Scraped coconut 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Heat ghee in a non stick kadai. Add almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios and semolina and saute for 6-8 minutes on low heat. Add dates and mix well.

Step 2

Add green cardamom powder, sugar, coconut and mix well. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and keep aside to cool.

Step 3

Divide into small equal portions and shape into laddoos and serve.
