Grind green chillies, garlic and ginger with a little water to a fine paste. Add this paste to the water along with salt, soda and yogurt and mix well. Add jowar atta and cook, stirring to avoid lumps.Add sesame seeds and mix. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add oil and cumin powder and mix again. Cover and cook till it leaves the sides of the pan. Serve hot immediately.
