This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Aug 2024 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Khoya/mawa, Whole cashewnuts Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 2-3 tablespoons grated khoya/mawa 1 cup whole cashewnuts 1/4 cup cashewnuts, soaked 2 cups frozen green peas 65 grams makhani bhuna masala 65 grams gravy bhuna masala 10-12 button mushrooms, quartered 2 tablespoons fresh cream 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves Method Heat a non-stick pan, add both the bhuna masalas, mushrooms, khoya and mix well. Add whole cashewnuts and ¼ cup water and mix well. Drain and grind broken cashewnuts to a paste. Add this to the pan and mix. Add green peas and mix. Add cream and mix. Then add garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat till the vegetables get cooked and oil surfaces. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
