By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Button mushrooms, Gruyere cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kurkure Mushrooms-SK Khazana 12-16 Button mushrooms 1 cup Gruyere cheese grated 2 tablespoons Spring onion greens chopped 2 Fresh red chillies chopped to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley finely chopped to taste Salt as required Refined flour slurry as required Panko breadcrumbs to deep fry Oil to serve Tomato ketchup Method Mix together gruyere cheese, spring onions, red chillies, crushed peppercorns, parsley and salt in a bowl. Stuff this mixture into mushrooms. Dip them in the refined flour slurry and coat with panko. Repeat the process. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry stuffed mushrooms till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
