Ingredients list for Kurkure Mushrooms-SK Khazana

  • 12-16 Button mushrooms
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Spring onion greens chopped
  • 2 Fresh red chillies chopped
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Refined flour slurry
  • as required Panko breadcrumbs
  • to deep fry Oil
  • to serve Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Mix together gruyere cheese, spring onions, red chillies, crushed peppercorns, parsley and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stuff this mixture into mushrooms. Dip them in the refined flour slurry and coat with panko. Repeat the process.
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry stuffed mushrooms till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
