Ingredients list for Leftover Roti Laddoo - SK Khazana
- 4 Leftover rotis
- 1 teaspoon Ghee
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup Jaggery grarted
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Tear the rotis and put in a grinder jar and grind to a fine powder.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add milk and jaggery. Cook on low heat till the jaggery melts.
- Add green cardamom powder and blended powder. Mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Switch off heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- While the mixture is still warm, divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into medium sized laddoos.
- Serve immediately.
