By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Sep 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Leftover rotis, Ghee Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Leftover Roti Laddoo - SK Khazana 4 Leftover rotis 1 teaspoon Ghee 1/4 cup Milk 3/4 cup Jaggery grarted 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder Method Tear the rotis and put in a grinder jar and grind to a fine powder. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add milk and jaggery. Cook on low heat till the jaggery melts. Add green cardamom powder and blended powder. Mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Switch off heat and let the mixture cool slightly. While the mixture is still warm, divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into medium sized laddoos.
