By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Aug 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Lehsuni Palak Methi Pakora Main Ingredients Garlic, Spinach Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 2 tablespoons chopped garlic (lehsun) 2 cups shredded spinach (palak) 1 cup shredded fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) 1 cup gram flour 1 large onion, sliced 1 teaspoon carom seeds ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon dried mango powder Salt to taste Oil for deep-frying Method Take spinach in a bowl. Add fenugreek leaves, onion, carom seeds, gram flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, baking soda and dried mango powder and mix well. Add salt and mix. Add little water and mix again. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop in portions of the prepared mixture and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
