By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Shrimps, Lemon juice Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Lemon Butter Shrimps-SK Khazana 200 grams Shrimps shelled and deveined 1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon juice 3 tablespoons Butter 2 tablespoons Oil to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1 Medium white onion chopped 1 teaspoon to sprinkle Fresh parsley finely chopped 1 cup Fresh cream for garnish Fresh parsely sprig to serve Steamed rice Method Heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add shrimps and toss. Add salt and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into a bowl and set aside. Heat remaining butter and remaining oil in the same pan. Add garlic and onion, mix and sauté till onion turns translucent. Add lemon juice and mix. Add parsley and cream, mix well and simmer for a minute. Add cooked shrimps and mix well. Add salt and crushed peppercorns, mix well and cook for a minute.
