By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Penne pasta, Boneless chicken Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Lemony Chicken Pasta 2 cups Penne pasta cooked 1 cup Boneless chicken cooked and cut into strips 2 teaspoons Olive oil 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Red chillies crushed 8-10 Garlic cloves chopped to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese powder 2 tablespoons Fresh cream for garnishing Parsley sprigs Method Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté. Add crushed red chillies & mix. Add chicken and sauté on a high heat for 1 -2 minutes. Add salt & pasta and toss well. Reduce the flame and add fresh cream and some salt if needed. Mix and cook for two minutes. Turn off heat. Add lemon juice and parmesan cheese and mix. Transfer into a serving bowl. Garnish with chilli flakes and a sprig of parsley. Serve hot.
