By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Lemon juice, Noodles Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Lime Noodles with Basil 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 cup Noodles flat, boiled Fresh basil leaves 6-8 + for garnishing 2 Spring onions with greens 1 tablespoon Butter 1 medium Carrot grated 1 medium Red bell pepper cut into medium size strips 1 medium Yellow bell pepper cut into medium size strips 5-6 Broccoli florets, blanched to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Castor sugar (caster sugar) Sesame seeds (til) toasted, 2 teaspoons + sprinkling Method Slice spring onion bulbs. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add chopped spring onion bulbs and sauté for a minute. Add carrot and mix well. Add bell peppers and toss to mix. Add noodles and toss to mix. Add broccoli and torn basil leaves and mix well. Add salt, castor sugar, sesame seeds and lemon juice and mix well. Chop spring onion greens, add to the pan and toss to mix. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve hot garnished with a basil leaf.
