Ingredients for Lobster Butter Garlic Recipe

  • Large lobsters 2

  • Butter 3 tablespoons

  • Garlic , finely chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns , crushed to taste

  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup + tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Heat sufficient water in a non-stick pan. Gently twist and pull out the tail of lobsters and add the heads to the hot water. Cook for 6-8 minutes, take them out and set aside.

Step 2

Cut the centre of the lobster tail with scissors without cutting through and set aside.

Step 3

Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add the lobster tails and garlic, sprinkle salt and crushed black peppercorns over them.

Step 4

Flip and cook on all sides. Add ¼ cup fresh cream and gently toss the lobster tails. Cook for 2-3 minutes and take them off the heat.

Step 5

Place the lobster heads and sautéed lobster tails on a serving plate.

Step 6

Add remaining cream to the pan, mix well and pour over the lobsters. Sprinkle a little crushed black peppercorns. Serve hot.
