Open the lid when the pressure reduces completely. Chop coriander leaves. Chop red chillies and remove seeds. Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and red chillies and saute till fragrant. Add milk to dal and mix well. Add the tempering to the dal and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot.
