Macaroni Alfredo Cheesy and creamy macaroni pasta This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 May 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Macaroni, Salt Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Others Veg Ingredients list for Macaroni Alfredo 1 packet Macaroni to taste Salt a few sprigs Parsley 1 tablespoon Butter 2-3 cloves Garlic 3.4 cup Fresh cream 1/4 cup Milk 3 teaspoons Cream cheese to taste White pepper powder optional Parmesan cheese,grated optional Method Heat plenty of water in a deep non stick pan. Keep a sieve over it and put macaroni and salt in it and cook till al dente. Chop parsley. Heat butter in a non stick pan. Crush garlic and add and sauté for 1 minute. Add fresh cream and milk and mix well. Add cream cheese and mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt and pepper powder if you wish to. Drain the macaroni and add to the sauce and mix well.
