Ingredients list for Makai Pinni
- 1 1/2 cups Maize Flour
- 2 tablespoons Semolina
- 3/4 cup Ghee
- 1/2 cup Slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons Wheat flour (atta)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup khoya / mawa grated
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add almonds and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add semolina and wheat flour and mix well. Add maize flour and sauté for 8-10 minutes till golden.
- Add sugar and khoya, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
