By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tiger prawns, Salt Cuisine Kerala Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Malabar Prawns-SK Khazana 8-12 Tiger prawns to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons Oil 1 Medium white onion sliced 1/2 inch Ginger cut into strips 2 Green chillies seeded and cut into strips 1/2 inch Fresh turmeric cut into strips 8-10 Curry leaves for garnish Fresh coconut scraped for garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Put prawns in a bowl. Add salt, lemon juice and chilli powder, mix well and set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add ginger, green chillies and fresh turmeric, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add curry leaves and mix well. Add prawns, mix and cook for 5-7 minutes.
