Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Mango Chicken Wings - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Chicken wings 8-10

  • Salt to taste

  • Curry powder 2 teaspoons

  • Fresh red chillies chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Chhunda 2 tablespoons

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Ripe mango puree 1/2 cup

  • Fresh coriander sprigs to garnish


Step 1

Make slits on all the chicken wings and put them in a bowl. Add salt, curry powder, red chillies, chhunda, 1 tbsp olive oil and mango puree, mix well and set aside to marinate for around 25-30 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 200° C.

Step 3

Grease a baking tray with 1 tsp oil. Place the marinated chicken wings in it. Drizzle remaining oil over chicken wings. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 4

Arrange the wings in a serving platter and serve hot garnished with coriander sprigs.
