Put ripe mangoes and raw mangoes in a pressure cooker, add 2 cups water, cover and cook under pressure till 4-5 whistles are given out. Open the lid when the pressure reduces completely and blend the mixture with an electric hand blender till smooth. Add sugar syrup and mix well. Add 2 cups chilled water and mix well.
