Ingredients list for Mango Juice

  • 2 Ripe mangoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 Raw mango peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sugar

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan, add sugar 1 cup water and cook, stirring, till the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Put ripe mangoes and raw mangoes in a pressure cooker, add 2 cups water, cover and cook under pressure till 4-5 whistles are given out.
  3. Open the lid when the pressure reduces completely and blend the mixture with an electric hand blender till smooth.
  4. Add sugar syrup and mix well. Add 2 cups chilled water and mix well.
  5. Pour the juice into individual serving bottles, chill in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
