Ingredients list for Mango Pachadi
- 1 Raw mango, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup Scraped coconut
- 2 tablespoons Mustard seeds
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 cup Yogurt
- to taste Salt
- a pinch Sugar
Method
- Boil the mango with one cup of water.
- Grind coconut, mustard seeds and green chillies to a fine paste with sufficient water.
- Add the paste to mango and boil for a minute.
- Reduce the flame and add yogurt to it. Switch off the flame. Add salt, sugar and mix well.
