By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Mango Sasam Main Ingredients Ripe mangoes, Fresh coconut Cuisine Karnataka Course Accompaniment Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 large ripe mango 1 cup scraped fresh coconut 3-4 dried red chillies 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 2 tablespoons tamarind pulp Salt to taste 1½ tablespoons grated jaggery (gur) Method Peel and chop mango. Take out the pulp from the seed part and reserve. Blend together coconut, red chillies, mustard seeds, tamarind pulp, salt and jaggery with some water to a semi coarse paste. Mix together chopped mangoes. Reserved mango pulp, prepared paste and salt in bowl.
