Ingredients 

  • 3 medium ripe mangoes, cubed
  • 3/4 cup scraped fresh coconut
  • 2 Bedgi whole dry chillies, seeded and roasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
  • 2 tablespoons grated jaggery (gur) 
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Coarsely grind coconut, red chillies, mustard seeds with a little water. Add tamarind pulp and jaggery and grind again. Place the mango cubes in a bowl, add salt, ground paste and mix well. Chill and serve.
