This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mutton Mince, Buns Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Masala Keema Buns 1 cup Mutton Mince 4 Buns 2 tablespoons Oil 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 Green chilli finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 100 grams Bhuna masala 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves finely chopped to taste Salt Juice of 1 lemon wedge 4 Eggs Method Mix minced mutton with ½ cup water and set aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add green chilli, minced mutton and mix well. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and bhuna masala and mix well. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Add 2 tbsps chopped mint leaves, salt and lemon juice and mix well. Switch off the heat, transfer the minced mutton mixture into a bowl and set aside. Heat the remaining oil in another non-stick pan. Slice the upper layer of the buns and scoop a little from the inside. Place the buns in the pan. Break 1 egg in each bun. Top it with the minced mutton. Cook further in the pan for 2-3 minutes or till the base is toasted and the egg is cooked. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish each bun with a mint leaf and serve.
