By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Raw peanuts, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 cup raw peanuts ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon red chilli powder Black salt to taste 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 3 tablespoons gram flour 2 tablespoons cornflour 2 tablespoons rice flour Salt to taste Oil to deep fry Method Take peanuts in a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black salt, chaat masala, ginger-garlic paste and 1 tablespoon water and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Mix together gram flour, cornflour, rice flour and salt in another bowl. Dust the peanut mixture with 2-3 tablespoons of the flour mixture and mix well. Sift the peanuts to remove the excess flour mixture. Add the peanuts to the hot oil and deep-fry till crisp and golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Cool down to room temperature.
