Ingredients 

  • 400 grams chicken tikka, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  • ¼ teaspoon black salt
  • 2 tablespoons raw mango, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate pearls
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves chopped + to garnish
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons green chutney + to garnish
  • 2 tablespoons date and tamarind chutney + to garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sweet yogurt
  • Sev to garnish
  • Papdi to garnish

Method

  1. Take chicken tikka in a large bowl, add chickpeas, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, black salt, raw mango, pomegranate, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well.
  2. Add green chutney and tamarind chutney and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl, drizzle sweet yogurt, a little green chutney and a little date and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle some sev, some coriander leaves, crush a few papdi and sprinkle and serve immediately.
