Add green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add green peas, mix well and mash with a masher. Add red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt, mix well and sauté for a minute. Switch off the heat and transfer the pea mixture into a bowl. Add onion, tomato, tamarind paste and lemon juice and mix well. Transfer into small serving bowls, garnish with tamarind chutney and potato salli and serve.
