Peel and wash garlic. Clean coriander leaves, wash well with plenty of water and then chop roughly. Scrape fresh coconut. Heat oil on a tawa, add green chillies, white sesame seeds, garlic, coconut and coriander leaves. Sauté for three to four minutes. Remove from heat and leave aside to cool. Grind it coarsely in a mixer or pound in a mortar. Remove and serve as an accompaniment.
