Mirchi ke Tipore A flavourful green chilli pickle that lasts for 4-5 days unless it is finished in a jiffy, best enjoyed with theplas and parathas. By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Mirchi ke Tipore Main Ingredients Medium sized light green chillies, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 12-15 medium sized light green chillies roughly chopped 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 6-7 garlic cloves sliced Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 1 lemon halved Method Heat oil in non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add garlic, mix and sauté till golden. Add green chillies, salt and turmeric powder, mix and sauté for a minute. Add butter and coriander powder, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Squeeze the juice of lemon juice on top, mix well and transfer into a porcelain jar and cool down to room temperature.
