Put motichoor laddoo in a bowl and add pedas. Roughly slice kaju katli and add and mash all of them the back of a spoon. Roughly chop anjeer burfi and add and mix well. Lightly butter the bread slices, spread the mithai mixture over 4 slices. Cover them with the remaining bread slices and press slightly. Apply a little butter on both the outer sides of the sandwiches. Apply a little butter on the inside of the sandwich toaster. Place a sandwich in it and toast over medium heat, turning sides, till golden on both sides. Add cinnamon powder to the thickened orange juice. Add honey to orange juice and mix well. Halve the sandwiches to make triangles. Keep them over a serving plate, drizzle the orange juice over them and serve immediately.
