Add cloves and cumin seeds and sauté. Slice onion and add along with asafoetida and green chillies and sauté. Add sprouted kala chana, moong and matki and mix. Add cauliflower, potatoes, rice and salt and mix well. Add 1½ cups water and buttermilk and mix well. Cover the cooker and cook till done. Serve hot.
