By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Dec 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients French beans, Carrots Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mixed Vegetable Walnut Kebab - SK Khazana 4 tablespoons French beans finely chopped 4 tablespoons Carrots finely chopped 4 tablespoons Walnuts finely chopped 1/2 cup Cottage cheese (paneer) grated 1 cup Potato boiled, peeled & grated 1 1/2 teaspoons Chaat masala to taste Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons Dried mango powder (amchur) to taste Black peppercorns crushed 2 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 cup Gram flour (besan) roasted to grease Oil to serve Green chutney to serve Onion rings to serve Lemon slices Method Take French beans, carrots, walnuts, cottage cheese, potato, chaat masala, salt, dried mango powder, crushed peppercorns, ginger-garlic paste and gram flour in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs. Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the kebabs on it and grill, turning sides, till evenly done on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
