Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 lemons
- Black salt to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh mint sprig for garnish
- Lemon slices for garnish
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add sugar and 1 cup water. Mix well. Cook on medium heat till sugar melts. Transfer to a bowl and set aside to cool.
- Slice a lemon into half and squeeze out the juice in a serving glass. Add black salt, salt, 1 tbsp prepared sugar syrup and ½ cup chilled water. Shake well to mix.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint sprig.
- Serve chilled.
