Ingredients list for Noodle Wrapped Crispy Chicken

  • 2 cups Noodles boiled
  • 200 grams Boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • for greasing Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C. Grease a baking tray with some oil.
  2. Take chicken strips in a bowl, add egg, cornflour, Schezwan sauce, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice, mix well.
  3. Take the noodles in a plate, and wrap each chicken strip with some noodles. Keep these on a plate.
  4. Place the noodle coated chicken strips on the greased tray and brush some oil on each strip. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Take the tray out of the oven, arrange the chicken strips on a serving platter and serve hot with Schezwan sauce or tomato ketchup.
