Ingredients for Noodle Wrapped Crispy Chicken Recipe

  • Noodles boiled 2 cups

  • Boneless chicken breasts cut into strips 200 grams

  • Oil for greasing

  • Egg 1

  • Cornflour 1/4 cup

  • Schezwan sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C. Grease a baking tray with some oil.

Step 2

Take chicken strips in a bowl, add egg, cornflour, Schezwan sauce, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice, mix well.

Step 3

Take the noodles in a plate, and wrap each chicken strip with some noodles. Keep these on a plate.

Step 4

Place the noodle coated chicken strips on the greased tray and brush some oil on each strip. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Step 5

Take the tray out of the oven, arrange the chicken strips on a serving platter and serve hot with Schezwan sauce or tomato ketchup.
