Dry-roast walnuts and almonds on a non-stick pan till golden and crunchy. Remove chocolate from heat and bring down to room temperature. Add roasted nuts and mix well. Pour the chocolate-nut mixture into a small heart shape silicon chocolate mould, tap and scrape out the excess chocolate from above the mould using a scraper. Refrigerate to set for 10-15 minutes.
