By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Dec 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Oats, Semolina Cuisine South Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Oats Idli - SK Khazana 2 cups Oats powdered 1 cup Semolina 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder to taste Salt 1/2 inch Ginger finely chopped 1/4 cup Green capsicum finely chopped 2 Green chillies finely chopped 1/4 cup French beans chopped 1/4 cup Carrot finely chopped 1 cup Yogurt to grease Oil to serve Coconut chutney Method Add oats, semolina, baking powder, salt, ginger, capsicum, green chilli, beans, carrot and curd in a bowl, whisk together. Add some water and whisk to form a lump-free batter of required consistency. Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Grease a mini idli mould, pour the batter into the dents in the mould, place it in the steamer, close with the lid and steam for 8-9 minutes. Bring the mould out of the steamer and let it cool slightly before demoulding the idlis.
