By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Oatmeal, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Canadian, , , , Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Oats Pancake With Maple Syrup 1/4 cup Oatmeal 1/2 cup Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (atta) 1/4 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar 3 Eggs 1 1/2 cups Buttermilk 1/2 cup Milk 2 tablespoons Oil a few drops Vanilla essence as required Maple syrup Method Sieve together refined flour, whole wheat flour, soda bicarbonate and baking powder into a bowl. Add powdered sugar and mix. Add eggs and mix. Add buttermilk and mix well to make a smooth batter. Add oatmeal and milk and mix. Add a little oil and vanilla essence and mix well. Heat a pan, grease it with a little oil. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread around the pan. Drizzle a little oil all round and let it cook on medium heat for two minutes. Flip and cook on the other side. Serve hot with maple syrup. You can also serve it with fresh fruits or with honey.
