Healthy snacking is the best way to satisfy your munchies without the worry of to many added calories.

Ingredients for Paneer Chur Chur Roll - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Paneer tikka ready made 200 grams

  • Whole wheat flour (atta) 1 1/2 cups + for dusting

  • Yogurt 2 tablespoons

  • Ghee 3 tablespoons + for shallow frying

  • Salt to taste

  • Green chutney for applying

  • Onion sliced 1 large

  • Chaat masala to sprinkle

  • Salad to serve

Method

Step 1

Take whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl, add yogurt, 1 tsp ghee, salt and sufficient water and knead to soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2

Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Dust some flour on the worktop and roll out each ball into a small disc. Spread ½ tbsp ghee on each disc and sprinkle dry flour. Give a slit from the center to the edge on one side and roll to form a cone. Flatten, dust some more flour and roll out into a thin disc.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick tawa, roast the paranthe, one at a time, and cook for 30 seconds. Flip, spread a little ghee and spread it evenly. Flip again, drizzle ghee on the other side and spread evenly. Cook, turning sides, till golden brown on both sides. Transfer on a plate and crush lightly to separate layers.

Step 4

Spread some green chutney on each parantha, place a few pieces of paneer tikka in the center. Sprinkle some onions and sprinkle chaat masala on top and roll.

Step 5

Place the rolls on individual serving plates and serve with salad and green chutney.
