By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Jun 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mini pizza bases, Sweet corn kernels Cuisine Indo-Italian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Pizza Sandwich - SK Khazana 4 Mini pizza bases 1/4 cup Sweet corn kernels boiled 1/2 small Yellow capsicum finely chopped 1/2 small Red capsicum finely chopped 1/2 small Green capsicum finely chopped 150 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into small cubes 2 tablespoons Veg mayonnaise 30 grams Processed cheese 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Paneer masala as required Butter as required Green chutney to serve Tomato ketchup Method To make stuffing, take sweet corn in a large bowl, add yellow capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum, cottage cheese and vegetarian mayonnaise. Grate cheese into the bowl, add red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, salt and paneer masala and mix well. Halve the pizza bases horizontally and apply butter and green chutney on the cut sides of all the halves. Spread a portion of the stuffing on one side of each pizza base and cover it with the other. Heat a griller, apply a little butter on top of each sandwich and place it on the griller. Grill till golden brown and crisp on both sides.
