By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paneer (cottage cheese), Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Seekh Kebab - SK Khazana 400 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) grated 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste 1 tablespoon Roasted chana dal powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh malai 1 tablespoon Cashewnut paste 1 tablespoon Coriander paste chopped 2 teaspoons Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Oil to serve Green chutney to serve Parantha to serve Onion rings to serve Cherry tomatoes halved to serve Mint sprigs Method Take cottage cheese in a large bowl, add green chilli-ginger-garlic paste, gram flour, red chilli powder and chaat masala and garam masala powder, salt, malai, cashewnut paste, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions. Pat each portion onto a satay stick. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan, place the kebabs on it and cook, rotating the satay sticks, till golden brown on all sides.
