By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Urad dal papads, Onion Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Papad Chaat-SK Khazana 4-5 Urad dal papads 2-3 to garnish Onion finely chopped 2 tablespoons Tomato seeded and finely chopped 2 tablespoons Cucumber seeded finely chopped 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli garlic chutney 1 tabelspo to sprinkle Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped to taste Salt to sprinkle Sev Method Roast papads on a hot non-stick tawa on low heat pressing lightly with a muslin cloth. Set aside to cool. Mix together onions, tomatoes, cucumber, chaat masala, chilli garlic chutney, coriander leaves, crushed roasted papads and salt in a bowl.
