Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep fry the pieces till crisp. Drain on absorbent napkin. Put mixed sprouts, onions, green chillies, potato and spice mixture in a bowl and mix well. Arrange the tortilla pieces on a serving plate, put some of the sprout mixture on each. Drizzle a little sweet date and tamarind chutney and green chutney. Serve immediately.
