By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Dec 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Medium onion Cuisine Parsi Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Parsi Omelette 8 Eggs 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 Medium tomato finely chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 4 tablespoons Ghee to serve Jam to serve Onion quarters 8 to serve Pavs Method For each omelette, break 2 eggs into a bowl, add ¼ chopped onion, ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, salt, ¼ chopped green chillies, ¼ teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, ¼ chopped tomato and ½ tablespoon coriander leaves and beat everything well together with a fork. . Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a non-stick pan and pour the omelette mixture into it. Cook for 2-3 minutes or till the underside is done. Flip it over and cook till other side is similarly done. Fold into half and transfer onto a serving plate. Make more omelettes in the same way.
