Ingredients for Peanut Chikki - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Raw peanuts 100 grams

  • Jaggery chopped 1 cup

  • Ghee for greasing


Step 1

Grease a barfi tray with some ghee.

Step 2

Dry roast peanuts till lightly browned and fragrant. Remove from heat, cool, peel and halve.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick pan. Add jaggery and stir till it melts. Add roasted peanuts and mix well.

Step 4

Spread peanut mixture in the greased tray, cut into squares and set aside to cool.

Step 5

Separate the squares and serve.
