Ingredients list for Peanut Laddoo
- 250 grams Roasted and peeled peanuts
- 100 grams Jaggery chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Put the peanuts in a blender jar and crush them coarsely.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add jaggery, mix and let melt. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add cardamom powder and crushed peanuts and mix well. Transfer the mixture onto a plate, divide into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
- Arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
