By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole wheat flour (att), Salt Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Perfect Phulka-SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour (att) to taste Salt 1 tablespo teaspoon Oil for brushi Ghee Method Mix together whole wheat flour, salt and oil in a parat, add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough. Add 1 teaspoon oil and knead again till soft. Cover with a moist muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Divide the prepared dough into 12 equal portions and roll into thin discs. Heat a non-stick tawa and place each roti on it. Roast lightly on both sides, take it off the tawa and place on direct flame till it puffs up. Turn-over and let the other side puff too.
