Ingredients for Pesto Pizza Recipe

  • Brown pizza base 2

  • Pesto sauce 4 tablespoons

  • Sundried tomatoes chopped 8

  • Black olives sliced 8

  • Mozzarella cheese sliced as required

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Place the pizza bases on table top.

Step 2

Spread two tablespoons of pesto sauce on each. Sprinkle sundried tomatoes and black olives.

Step 3

Top it up with mozzarella cheese slices.

Step 4

Heat a non stick pan. Place the pizza in it, drizzle one tablespoon olive oil over. Cover and cook till the cheese melts.

Step 5

Cut into wedges and serve.
