Ingredients list for Pesto Pizza
- 2 Brown pizza base
- 4 tablespoons Pesto sauce
- 8 Sundried tomatoes chopped
- 8 Black olives sliced
- as required Mozzarella cheese sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Method
- Place the pizza bases on table top.
- Spread two tablespoons of pesto sauce on each. Sprinkle sundried tomatoes and black olives.
- Top it up with mozzarella cheese slices.
- Heat a non stick pan. Place the pizza in it, drizzle one tablespoon olive oil over. Cover and cook till the cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
