Pistewala Dalia Pistachios and green pea puree are the green factors in this tasty dalia sweet This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Apr 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pistachios , Dalia Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pistewala Dalia 1 tablespoon Pistachios chopped 1/2 cup Dalia soaked for ½ hour and drained 2 teaspoons Ghee 8 tablespoons Green peas blanched 1 cup Milk 5 tablespoons Sugar Pistachios blanched and chopped Method Heat 1 tsp ghee in non stick pan. Grind green peas with 2-3 tbsps water in a blender till smooth. Add dalia in the pan and sauté till translucent. Add pea puree and mix well. Add remaining ghee, mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add ½ cup milk and stir to mix. Add remaining milk and stir again. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously. Lower heat and add pistachios and sugar. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Pour into individual stemmed glasses and serve chilled garnished with chopped blanched pistachios.
