By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Pizza base, Tomato Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pizza Pockets 2 Pizza base 8 tablespoons Tomato , chopped 4 tablespoons Mixed capsicums (red, green, yellow) , chopped 2 tablespoons Sweet corn kernels , boiled 6 tablespoons Cottage cheese (paneer) , grated 6 tablespoons Processed cheese , grated 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli flakes 1 1/2 teaspoons Dried oregano to taste Salt 4 tbsps + to serve Tomato ketchup for basting Butter Method Preheat oven to 180˚C. Take tomatoes in a mixing bowl, add bell peppers, sweet corn, cottage cheese, processed cheese, red chilli flakes, oregano, salt and tomato ketchup and mix well. Halve both pizza bases and open out the pockets. Stuff the pockets generously with the cheese mixture and press lightly. Place the stuffed pizza pockets on a baking tray, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and baste with butter. Cut the pockets into four pieces and arrange them on a serving plate.
