By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Pizza Pockets Main Ingredients Pizza base, Tomato Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 2 pizza base 1 medium tomato, chopped ¼ cup roughly chopped mixed bell peppers ¼ cup boiled sweet corn kernels ¼ cup grated cottage cheese (paneer) ¼ cup grated processed cheese ½ tablespoon red chilli flakes ½ tablespoon dried oregano Salt to taste ¼ cup tomato ketchup + for serving Butter for basting Method Preheat oven to 180˚C. Mix together tomatoes, bell peppers, sweet corn, cottage cheese, processed cheese, chilli flakes, oregano, salt and tomato ketchup in a bowl. Halve pizza base, stuff the pockets with the prepared mixture and seal the edges. Transfer the stuffed pizza pockets on a baking tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and baste with butter. Cut the pockets into four pieces and transfer to a serving plate.
