By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Prawns (medium), Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Prawn Stew 1 cup Prawns (medium) shelled and deveined 2 tablespoons Butter 1 cup Onions finely chopped 1 cup Leek finely chopped 8-10 Potatoes halved 1 cup White wine to taste Salt 2 cups Fish stock ½ cup Fennel bulb chopped 1 teaspoon Paprika powder ½ cup Fresh cream 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped Method Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add leek and sauté for 2 minutes. Add potatoes and mix well. Add wine and mix. Add salt and fish stock, mix, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add prawns and mix well. Add fennel, mix well, cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Add paprika powder and cream, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add parsley and mix well.
